This policy covers two groups: shoppers who reach AXEL from a billboard and shape a deal, and dealer users who access the lead book. The principle is simple — your information goes to the dealership you contacted, and nowhere else.
When you shape a deal, AXEL collects what you choose to provide: your name and contact information, vehicle preferences, trade-in details and photos (including VIN and odometer), budget comfort, and timeline. The scan or feed tap itself logs the time, general location, and the specific billboard placement — that’s how your deal is attributed to the board that brought you in.
Your buyer file is delivered to one destination: the dealership whose billboard you responded to. We do not sell your information, shop your file to competing stores, or run a lead marketplace. Aggregated, de-identified performance data (responses, deals by placement) is shared with the dealership and its media partner to measure the boards themselves — never your identity or your file contents.
Each dealership’s data lives in its own scoped account on the Client Intake Solutions platform. Dealer users see only their own store’s files. Our staff access is limited to what’s required to operate and support the service.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Buyer files are retained for as long as the receiving dealership’s account requires them, then deleted on a scheduled basis. You may request a copy of your file, or its deletion, at any time.
AXEL shapes deals and collects details. He does not provide appraisals, purchase offers, financing terms, or credit decisions, and completing an intake does not create a purchase agreement. All numbers are confirmed by the dealership.
