AXEL provides guided deal shaping and intake on behalf of participating dealerships, delivered through mobile web after a billboard or signage data-feed link or QR scan. By using the service you agree to these terms.
AXEL collects preferences and vehicle details only. Nothing in an intake is a purchase offer, an appraisal, a financing term, or a credit decision, and completing one does not create a purchase agreement. All values, rates, and approvals are confirmed directly by the dealership.
Lead-book access is governed by the dealership’s partnership agreement with Client Intake Solutions. Dealer users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for using buyer data in compliance with applicable advertising, privacy, and consumer-credit law.
Don’t submit false intakes, impersonate others, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
By providing your mobile number during an intake, you consent to receive text messages from AXEL related to your deal — confirmation, a secure link to your buyer file, and follow-up from the receiving dealership. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that any dealership will make an offer, and we aren’t responsible for the transactions dealerships conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXEL’s liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid to us for it.
